- Added the ability to right click on a knob to be able to enter a value with the keyboard or choose from a list (tempo, Hz etc.) Thank's Duncan for the good idea.

- Fixed bugg with switches, they now have the right position when changing patches.
- It's now possible to create new and import patches over existing ones, the existing is displayed with "patchnumber - name".
- Added a new "Copy to" function, It copies the current patch to a new selected patch number.
